Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for our customers on all Oak Hollow Furniture branded products. If you do not like your Oak Hollow Furniture product for any reason within 30 days, you can send it back for a full refund, provided you ship it back in the original box it came in. This means:
- 100% of purchasing price is refunded.
- No restocking fee is charged.
- We provide you with a prepaid return label.
If you experience issues with your Oak Hollow Furniture branded product, we can also offer you replacement parts under warranty. If you purchase from our company on Amazon, eBay, or on our website, we offer the same warranty and return policy. Our store name on Amazon is Oak Hollow Supply.
We stand behind our products 100% and want you to be comfortable testing our brand. We are not currently available for testing in any showrooms around the USA and we know how important it is to test a chair before committing to it. We are confident you will like our products, and if you don't, then we are happy to offer you a free return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
